West Bay bakery is dedicated to producing the finest bread and pastries sourcing key ingredients worldwide. We will deliver a constant outstanding product that is generally not available. All our products contain no preservatives or additives. Our Newport Beach Sourdough™ is created ½ block from the Pacific Ocean and has the robust flavor of the Ocean. We think you will find this special bread world class. Our other amazing bread is the Frontal loaf bread™ that was developed 20 years ago by a doctor to help Parkinson’s patients. We make no medical claim to it effectiveness, but with ingredients that include flax seed, caraway seed, Quinoa seeds, poppy seeds, Chia seeds, oat bran, cinnamon, green tea, nopal, cranberries, and Brazilian nuts just put a little butter on it and it is a meal within itself. It is delicious.
